PROGRAMS OFFERED
The University offers three types of research degrees, all from a well supported environment on our Headquarter. With all our degrees academic progression is measured throughout the programme of study. The final assessment includes the submission of a research-based thesis and, usually, an oral examination.
Doctorate in Business Administration
The Professional Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) program transforms mature Learners into Leaders. While learning the most advanced decision-making skills and techniques, Doctoral candidates also develop talent in research and writing skills that accompany high-level responsibility in the academic and business environments. The program encourages executives, college/university professors, and consultants to use their professional backgrounds to explore, design, and manage large systems in the complex organizations of increasingly multifaceted and multi-sectored economy. The DBA program prepares graduates for advancement in their current employment or new business career opportunities.

Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.)
The Doctorate in Education (EdD) is an innovative programme of part-time study designed for professionals in education and related areas who want to extend and deepen their knowledge and understanding of contemporary educational issues.
You will acquire skills in educational research and enquiry and be able to use these to carry out research that will contribute to professional knowledge and practice. A growing number of professionals regard this style of doctoral programme as being a more appropriate vehicle for further development than the traditional PhD, due to the applied nature of the research undertaken. Successful candidates are awarded the degree of Doctor of Education and are entitled to use the title ‘Dr’.

Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)
Over a three-year period of study (a maximum of six years part-time) you will investigate a research topic and develop your research skills, culminating in the completion, submission and defence via an oral examination of a 100,000 word doctoral thesis.
You will get a huge sense of personal achievement our doctoral training programme will help you develop transferable skills that will be invaluable in your subsequent career. The research techniques and methodologies you master will enable you to make a direct contribution to the advancement of knowledge in your particular subject area. Successful candidates are awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy and are entitled to use the title ‘Dr’.
