Program-Specific Requirements
Certain Diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctorates programs have additional admission requirements. Please contact Global University’s Admission Coordinator for information.
As part of your admission, and depending upon your grades and/or scores, prior coursework from regionally accredited or nationally accredited degree-granting institutions, or the credit earned through a national testing program or Advanced Placement may be evaluated and considered for academic credit. If you have had professional training or served in the military, you may be able to convert your training into academic credits.
All courses are conducted in English. Students must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently. English abilities will be determined through the University’s admissions test (if applicable), an interview, and the completion of any necessary documents.
All applicants must complete financial arrangements prior to starting class. If applicable, financial aid applications must be completed.
Prior to starting an academic program, undergraduate students may be required to participate in entrance assessments. A minimum performance score on these assessments may be required to begin an academic program at the University. This requirement may be waived for students who have prior college credit from an accredited institution.
If a student fails to meet the minimum score, she or he may be dismissed or be required to take foundational coursework. In the event that a student is required to take foundational coursework, she or he must earn a minimum grade of 2.0 in all first-term foundational coursework or will be dismissed from the University. |
